As a member, you can access our concierge service by logging into your account and submitting a request directly to the Concierge team through our Concierge requests page. Members can also contact our Concierge team 24/7 directly via phone or email.
You earn FH Credit automatically by using eligible Frank’s House services or by making successful referrals. Your Credit balance is shown in your account, and you can use it toward FH services or, where available, transfer it to your prepaid business card for suitable business-related transactions.
Once you're a member, simply login to your account, where you’ll be able to download any products that you have purchased and access all of your current Business Services. You will also have access to a full list of additional services and products available for you to purchase as and when you need them and can request a consultation at any time with our team. We'll assess your needs and recommend the best services to help you achieve your business objectives.
